Lawuratu Musah-Saaka is a versatile and results-oriented development professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), strategic planning, regulatory affairs, and public service leadership. She holds an MBA in Project Management, a BA in Psychology with Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing at NiBS University.
Her career spans key roles in Ghana’s public sector, including the Ministry of Health and the National Cyber Security Centre (now Cyber Security Authority). She also served as Deputy Executive Secretary of the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission (PCSRC) and as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of the Ghana Publishing Company Limited.
Beyond public service, Lawuratu is a dynamic communicator and member of the New Patriotic Party’s National Communications Team. She is also Charter President of the Rotary E-Club of Savannah, Ghana, and has held leadership roles in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Ghana Chapter. A strong advocate for inclusive development, women’s leadership, and youth empowerment, she continues to contribute meaningfully to national development, civic engagement, and political communication in Ghana.
